I came from a straight Chinese family from Hong Kong. When I was growing up, I was always told to study hard, go to university, get a degree, get a good job, marry and have kids. One day retire and enjoy life! Sounds like a good plan!
I followed my ‘life” path as per planned. There were many twists and turns and after 3 marriages I have a beautiful daughter with my second marriage and a combined family of four by the third. Now they are adults pursuing their own interests and careers.
